Job summary

Fonterra is seeking an experienced Demand, Supply & Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end demand planning, supply coordination and contract execution for a major global customer account in Auckland. This full-time, on-site role sits at the crossroads of Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain, balancing customer demand with supply capability to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, supply planning, commercial operations or contract management.
• Experience in complex supply chains and customer-facing environments.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management and supply planning expertise.
• Commercial understanding of contracts, pricing and customer agreements.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability.
• Experience using SAP, planning systems and CustomerCentral.
• A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Leading demand planning, forecasting and demand capture activities.
• Coordinating end-to-end supply fulfilment and managing supply risks.
• Managing operational execution of customer contracts and contracting processes.
• Acting as the primary operational contact for key customer stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating supply, demand and contractual risks.
• Facilitating integrated business planning and cross-functional alignment.
• Monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply processes.
