Job summary

Mars seeks a Demand Planning and Supply Planning professional in New Zealand to lead the NZ Demand Alignment and IBP integration with trans-Tasman teams. You will drive forecast accuracy, system timing, and inventory health using SAP/TPM/BI tools and advanced Excel modelling.

You will coordinate with NZ Logistics and Customer Service to manage stock, promotions, and delivery constraints, while collaborating with retailers and 3PLs to optimise service and costs.

Qualifications

• Background in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, or Commercial Finance within FMCG/retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead NZ Demand Alignment and Review cycle with Account Managers and Commercial Leads.
• Ensure timely and accurate forecasting, flawless launch timings, and baseline changes across promotions.
• Drive forecast accuracy and reduce working capital exposure, elevate customer fill rates.
• Integrate NZ demand review into trans-Tasman IBP forums (Supply Review, IBR, MBR).
• Account for target service levels, reduce write-offs, and optimise DC stock.
• Identify supply risks and coordinate with NZ Logistics and Customer Service.
