Job summary

DB Breweries, part of the HEINEKEN family, is seeking a National Demand Planning Manager for NZ and export markets. You will own the demand planning cycle, drive cross‑functional alignment, and mentor a Demand Planner to improve forecast accuracy and inventory readiness.

You will leverage Power BI and advanced Excel to build scenario models, champion data‑backed decisions, and lift S&OP maturity across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven senior‑level demand planning and forecasting experience.
• Deep understanding of New Zealand FMCG market dynamics and customer landscapes.
• Ability to lead and mentor a Demand Planner and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align planning needs.
• Produce insights and scenario models to support decision making.
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes across NZ and export markets.
• Manage and enhance planning systems and tools.
• Support product range and SKU optimisation.
