Job summary

Chorus NZ Limited is seeking a Strategic Sales Lead - Backhaul & Data Centre to identify and unlock growth across the data centre ecosystem. You will drive revenue, develop trusted industry relationships and work with hyperscalers, channel partners and enterprise customers.

This highly strategic role combines sales leadership, market development and relationship management. You will shape growth plans, navigate complex stakeholder environments and position Chorus as a trusted infrastructure

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic sales, business development or account leadership within telecoms, data centres or cloud spaces.
• Proven track record identifying and securing growth opportunities and expanding key relationships.
• Established networks across data centre, connectivity, hyperscaler or infrastructure ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across data centre ecosystems to drive revenue for Chorus.
• Build and execute market growth plans and develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, proposition and engineering teams to create customer-centric solutions.
• Lead complex negotiations, proposals and RFP/RFI processes.
