Job summary

Beyond Recruitment in Wellington seeks an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead a major infrastructure and data centre programme. The role spans planning, coordinating changes across data centres, networks, cloud services, servers, storage and databases, and ensuring smooth transitions into operations.

You will manage complex projects, align with architecture teams, and report to governance groups while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology projects in large organisations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of data centres, networking, cloud services, virtualization and platform technologies.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, risks and project dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of infrastructure and technology projects.
• Coordinate work across data centres, networks, cloud platforms, servers, storage and databases.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Oversee implementation, migration and transition activities.
• Work with architecture and engineering teams to ensure agreed standards are met.
• Manage external vendors and delivery partners.
• Provide regular reporting to governance groups and senior stakeholders.
• Support ongoing improvements to infrastructure services.
