Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, capacity planning, forecasting or a highly analytical role with strong transferable skills.
• Experience operating in complex environments where disruption and change are common.
• Advanced Excel skills with the confidence to work at both high level and granular detail.

Responsibilities

• Leading and continuously improving demand forecasting and planning
• Translating forecast data into optimised capacity plans across processing, and last mile
• Identifying network constraints early and recommend practical solutions
• Running scenario modelling to assess risks, disruptions and network design opportunities
• Leading the demand cycle and presenting clear insights to senior leaders
• Partnering across operations, finance, digital and network design to align plans and execution
