Suncorp New Zealand is seeking a collaborative Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions in Wellington. You will work with stakeholders and delivery teams to identify improvements and define requirements for strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will elicit and document requirements, facilitate workshops, map processes, and support testing, implementation and change activities across multiple projects. Knowledge of agile and waterfall methods is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience within projects or transformations.
• Strong requirements gathering and process-mapping skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience across multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of agile and/or waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.
• Map and evaluate current and future-state business processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and change activities.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, SMEs and delivery teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
