Based in Wellington, you will work with BI&I and partner with stakeholders to define problems, analyze current state, and design solutions across people, processes, information and technology.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation and process analysis.
• Experience contributing to service design or change initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience documenting requirements across people, process, information and technology.
• Familiarity with disciplines like Lean or human-centred design in a project environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand problems, user needs, constraints and opportunities.
• Undertake discovery and analysis to define problems, root causes and requirements.
• Analyse current-state processes, journeys, data and technology; present findings clearly.
• Develop practical solution options with benefits, costs, risks and impacts.
• Co-design future-state solutions with operational teams and SMEs.
• Produce high-quality documentation and support changes through design, delivery and implementation.
