• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the OEM/ODM contract manufacturing business.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new market opportunities in New Zealand and overseas markets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with brand owners; manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate supply agreements, pricing, and commercial contracts with brand partners.
• Coordinate with product development, production, regulatory, and quality teams to meet client requirements.
