Hamilton NZ Nutrition Care Limited is seeking a full-time BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to drive sales and growth. The role focuses on acquiring OEM/ODM nutraceutical manufacturing clients in New Zealand and international markets, building distributor and brand-owner networks, and leading a sales team to meet revenue targets.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years sales and business development experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in international business development and B2B sales.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new OEM/ODM manufacturing clients in New Zealand and overseas markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and brand owners.
• Negotiate supply agreements, pricing structures and commercial contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities in the nutraceutical sector.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior management.
• Lead, supervise and mentor sales and customer service staff.
• Coordinate with product development, production and regulatory teams to meet customer requirements.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events.
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
