Hamilton NZ Nutrition Care Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead OEM/ODM contract manufacturing growth. You will identify, engage, and secure manufacturing clients in New Zealand and international markets, negotiating terms and building long-term partnerships.

The role requires strong B2B sales, strategic planning, and the ability to manage complex supply agreements while coordinating with R&D, production, and regulatory teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Commerce, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development, contract manufacturing sales, or OEM/ODM client acquisition.
• Proven track record of securing manufacturing contracts or B2B service agreements in NZ or overseas.
• Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, health products, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow OEM/ODM revenue.
• Identify, engage, and secure new OEM/ODM clients in NZ and overseas.
• Negotiate supply agreements, pricing, and contract terms.
• Coordinate with product development, production, regulatory, and QA teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and expand network.
