DuluxGroup's B&D Group in Auckland is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to grow market share, strengthen dealer partnerships and identify opportunities across Auckland, Northland, Hamilton and Tauranga. The role is highly autonomous and customer-focused.

You'll work with Dominator and Garador brands through our licensed dealer network, aligning distributors, builders, and key accounts to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales with consultative selling focus.
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities across a large region.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills required.
