DuluxGroup's B&D Group in Auckland is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to grow market share, strengthen dealer partnerships and identify opportunities across Auckland, Northland, Hamilton and Tauranga. The role is highly autonomous and customer-focused.

You'll work with Dominator and Garador brands through our licensed dealer network, aligning distributors, builders, and key accounts to deliver sustainable growth.

Your Role

B&D is seeking an energetic and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team. Based in Auckland, you'll play a key role in growing market share, strengthening dealer partnerships and identifying new opportunities across Auckland (primary focus) Northland, Hamilton and Tauranga.

You’ll drive market growth for garage door and automation solutions under the Dominator and Garador brands through our licensed dealer network, aligned distributors, builders, merchants, and key accounts. This is not a traditional sales role. Success comes from becoming a trusted partner to customers, understanding their business, uncovering opportunities and helping them achieve sustainable growth.

This is a highly autonomous, customer-focused role that offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across a large and strategically important region.

• Strong prospecting and “hunter” capability — you enjoy winning new business
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• High autonomy, time management and territory planning discipline
• Energy, resilience, and a competitive, action-oriented mindset

This could suit an experienced BDM or a high-potential seller ready for a bigger territory and more ownership.
