We're looking for a reliable and proactiveStorepersonto join ourHamilton Manufacturing Unit. In this essential role, you will support the smooth operation of our warehouse and storerooms by managing inventory, dispatching goods, keeping accurate records, and ensuring all stock is handled safely. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a supportive team. This is aPermanent position with guaranteed hours of minimum 45 hours per week. Shifts are from 5am - 2.00pm and 2.30pm - 11.30pm.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate warehouse and storeroom records, using record management systems to store and retrieve key information.
- Plan and maintain warehouse layouts, determining storage zones, safety requirements, and optimal inventory locations.
- Prepare reports for management by accessing data and developing documentation as required.
- Receive, process, and dispatch goods-handling-unloading, picking orders, packaging, dispatching, and maintaining freight documentation.
- Operate a forklift safely and assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy, efficient warehouse environment.

- Physical fitness, reliability, and a hardworking, positive attitude.
- A forklift licence, strong knowledge of safety practices, and confidence using cleaning equipment.
- The ability to follow procedures, work flexibly, and maintain high standards. Police clearance is required.
