Job summary

Bidfood is seeking experienced Storepersons to join our busy day shift in Mangere. This hands-on role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25kg regularly.

You’ll be part of a team that replenishes racks, picks/packs, and moves stock in a fast-paced warehouse, with Monday to Friday hours and rostered Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse or storeperson experience.
• Reliable with strong attendance record.
• Excellent fitness and ability to lift up to 25kg regularly.

What You'll Be Doing

Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll be responsible for accurately replenishing the racks, picking/packing and moving stock while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork. This is a physically demanding role that requires regular lifting and handling of products weighing up to 25kg.

What We're Looking For

• Proven warehouse or storeperson experience
• A strong track record of reliability and attendance
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to safely lift up to 25kg on a regular basis
• The ability to work independently and use initiative
• Strong written and spoken English, numerical and communication skills
• Experience in a food distribution or similar warehouse environment (preferred)
• A clean criminal record
• Two contactable work referees
• New Zealand Permanent Residency or Citizenship

Preference will be given to candidates with a reach licence and experience.
