Job summary

Belron New Zealand is seeking a Senior Warehouse Storeperson to receive, store and dispatch vehicle glass and related products for branch workshops nationwide. Based in Halswell, Christchurch, you will ensure accurate stock and timely deliveries while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse.

You will bring 3–5+ years warehousing experience, a current forklift license, full drivers license, and reach truck proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years warehousing or distribution experience.
• Current Forklift license essential.
• Full driver’s license and reach truck experience essential.
• Import container unloading experience required.
• Experience with dispatch, freight coordination and inventory management.
• Able to safely lift up to 25kg regularly.
• Excellent communication, numerical and general computer skills.
• Stock picker and/or counterbalance forklift experience advantageous.
• Applicants must be based in New Zealand with valid working rights.
• Pre-employment drug screening and criminal history check required.

Job description

Join our team as a Senior Warehouse Storeperson, responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching vehicle glass and related products to support our branch workshops across New Zealand. Your attention to detail and efficient inventory management skills will help ensure our Technicians receive the right products at the right time, keeping Kiwis safe on the road.

Location: Halswell, Christchurch

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight collections and dispatch bookings.
• Load, unload, store and dispatch glass products safely.
• Unload containers and process inbound stock accurately.
• Complete quality checks and track shipments across the network.
• Support stock control, stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Repair and recover scratched glass to minimise waste.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support and share knowledge with other team members.
