Job summary

Bulls Super Store is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead our shop-floor team and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will set the service pace, guide staff, and ensure customers leave happy.

You will supervise and coordinate daily sales activities, mentor staff on customer service, manage rosters, handle inquiries and complaints, monitor stock, pricing, and display, and uphold health and safety standards on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in retail or customer-service role.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of retail sales staff.
• Making sure customers receive prompt, friendly service and quality goods.
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving complaints about goods and services.
• Planning and preparing staff rosters and work schedules, and assigning team members to specific duties.
• Coaching staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales situations.
• Checking returned goods and deciding on the appropriate action.
• Monitoring stock levels, taking inventory and ordering new stock.
• Making sure goods are correctly priced, presented and displayed.
• Ensuring health and safety and security procedures are followed on the floor.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager/Owner, the Retail Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of our retail sales team. You'll be the go-to person on the floor — setting the pace for service, guiding staff, and making sure customers leave happy.

Skills and experience required

• A High school qualification or
• At least one year of relevant experience in a retail or customer-service role, which may substitute for the formal qualification.

This is a full time position with gaurenteed minimum 30 hours per week
