Job summary

North Beach Te Awa in Hamilton is seeking a competitive, experienced Store Manager who can energize the team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer care. You’ll shape an epic team culture and steer performance to exceed targets.

You will lead a motivated retail team, mentor staff, coordinate with regional managers and head office to grow turnover, and ensure customer experience remains exceptional. The role runs Tue-Sat, approx. 42 hours per week, with public holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of developing teams.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to drive sales results.
• Experience mentoring, training and guiding retail staff.

You will help shape an epic team culture, deliver outstanding results, and make sure our customers feel incredible.

We are searching for somebody who has strong leadership skills, results driven and ready to get stuck in with the team.

You will be part of a team of enthusiastic retail staff, driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets and maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care throughout our store.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading an epic team of (Insert approx. number) retail staff
• Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
• Collaborating with our Regional Managers, Merchandisers and Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover

You will be working Tuesday to Saturday approx. 42hrs per week, and you must also be available to work Public Holidays.
