Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for our GroceryFill team. You’ll lead from the front, keep shelves well-stocked, and ensure the store looks its best while supporting customers and preparing the team for the next day.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday from 12pm to 9pm, offering variety and responsibility in a dynamic retail environment. FMCG experience is beneficial and IT systems are used daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage schedules.
• Comfortable with daily IT systems and software used in-store.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our GroceryFill team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be leading from the front –keeping shelves well‑stocked, ensuring the store looks its best, supportingcustomers, and getting the team and store ready for the next day. It’s a busy,varied role with plenty of responsibility.

What we’re looking for:

• Confident doing store walks and prioritising resource where required
• Reliable, cheerful, andconfident in leading a team
• FMCG experience (an advantage,but not essential)
• Comfortable using IT systems(we use them daily) and ability to cope with change
• Someone that enjoys a busy dynamic environment
• Proven ability to motivate, manage, and support team
• A positive can‑do attitude is a must, as well as the ability to understand priorities and schedule work accordingly
