Job summary

Farmers West City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our WestCity store in Auckland. You will lead store operations, drive a high performing sales culture and oversee HR/ER, stock and admin processes as part of a dynamic management team.

The successful candidate will champion customer service, manage loss prevention, safety and stock control while coordinating recruitment and wage management. Weekend work and roster flexibility are expected.

• Strong focus on providing and driving exceptional customer service.
• Ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines.
• Experience using stock management and labour scheduling systems.
• Experience in motivating managers in a challenging and fast paced work environment.
• Experience in retail management in a large format fashion or homewares environment.

Assistant Store Manager Operations - Farmers West City

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take on this senior leadership role in our WestCity store. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, the expertise to manage systems and processes across the store environment and the desire to be part of a management team constantly striving for success.

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience in motivating managers in a challenging and fast paced work environment


• Experience in retail management in a large format fashion or homewares environment
