Pandora Store in New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager to act as the brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading a team. You’ll engage with customers, coach an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, and collaborate with HR to manage performance and store operations.

You will focus on cultivating a positive culture, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising excellence to reflect Pandora’s global standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and engaging store culture where team members feel empowered to represent the brand.
• Drive a high-performance sales environment that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team, building capability and accountability.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to manage performance and people matters.
• Oversee store operations, ensuring excellence in visual merchandising, processes, and customer experience.
