Responsibilities

• Supporting, coaching and motivating the in-store team to achieve targets and deliver Pandora service.
• Retail operations focus: stock control, store procedures, organizing teams to optimise sales, managing store security and rotas.
• Ensure successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the store manager.
• Maintain strong floor presence and influence the sales space to drive performance.
• Receive thorough training on Pandora products to become a brand expert and develop the team.
