Pandora is seeking an organised, pro-active Assistant Store Manager for our Richmond store to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performing team to exceed targets while delivering world-class service.

You will support the Store Manager, manage stock, staff schedules and procedures, and ensure the store runs smoothly in their absence. A strong focus on customer care and brand values is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in-store.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to manage store operations, stock control, and store procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with leading brands or consumer retail is preferred.
