Job summary

Pandora Store in New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager to act as the brand ambassador on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading a team. You’ll engage with customers, coach an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, and collaborate with HR to manage performance and store operations.

You will focus on cultivating a positive culture, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising excellence to reflect Pandora’s global standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

• Drive a high-performance sales environment that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

About the Role

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
