Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in New Zealand to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor, while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

You will spend time coaching an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, ensuring high performance and engaging with customers to grow the business. A supportive leadership role in a flagship retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and engaging store culture where team members feel empowered to represent the brand.
• Drive a high-performance sales environment that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team, building capability and accountability.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to manage performance and people matters.
• Oversee store operations, ensuring excellence in visual merchandising, processes, and customer experience.
