Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Richmond to lead the store team, embody the brand on the shop floor, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will drive sales, coach the Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, and collaborate with HR to manage performance while maintaining best-in-class visual merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

About The Role

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
