Job summary

Pandora A/S in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, champion the brand on the shop floor, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, push sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and partner with HR to manage performance, with a strong focus on culture and results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
