Gandhi & Desai Limited is seeking a Store Manager for Sip N Dip, a retail food establishment specialising in acai bowls, desserts and beverages. You will independently manage day-to-day operations and commercial performance in a new Port Charmers Dunedin store opening.

Role requires strong leadership, retail experience and proven ability to manage stock, vendor relations and promotional activities to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of two years of relevant retail, food retail, hospitality, café, takeaway or store management/supervisory experience.
• Level 4 or higher qualification in hospitality, business, administration, retail or related field.
• Either relevant qualification or relevant work experience is required.

• Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate all aspects of the establishment's daily operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and operational objectives.
• Take responsibility for sales performance, profitability and operational cost control.
• Monitor sales, customer demand and business performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the establishment operates efficiently and maintains service and product standards.
• Coordinate opening, closing and daily operational procedures.
