Vs Group of Enterprises Limited is opening a new Store in Port Chalmers, Dunedin. As Store Manager you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, high quality products and efficient team management.

Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment and upholding the store's reputation for excellence. You will lead the team, hire, rostering, training and performance evaluation, develop policies, monitor sales and financial data, and manage budgeting

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse sales and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the overall operations of the store.
• Lead the team independently and supervise staff for smooth routine operations.
• Manage daily store operations and supervise staff, including hiring, rostering, training and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyse sales and financial data.
• Maintain excellent communication with staff, management and customers.
• Manage finances, including budgeting, cash handling and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
