Job summary

GuruKrupa 2023 Ltd is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Vape store in Wanganui. You will drive sales, manage stock levels, and set policies for purchases and pricing.

This role requires NZQF diploma (Level 4) or 3 years of supervising operations. You will oversee customer service, budgeting, reporting stock, and ensuring OH&S compliance.

Qualifications

• NZQF diploma Level 4 or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage stock levels and sales trends.
• Strong customer service and policy-setting skills.
• Experience in pricing, marketing, and promotions.
• Experience in budgeting and finance oversight.
• Knowledge of OH&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Figure out top sellers and adjust stock levels accordingly.
• Maintain customer service standards and tailor services to customers.
• Develop purchase policies and pricing strategies.
• Set pricing for products and oversee promotions.
• Promote and advertise store goods, including food items.
• Serve customers and respond to queries.
• Keep stock records and manage finances.
• Budget for the store to ensure profitability.
• Oversee staff selection, training and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.

Job description

We are looking for a Store Manager to Manage our busy Vape store in Wanganui

• 1. Figuring out what sells the best and arrange stock levels accordingly.
• 2. Ensure that the customer service is up to a good standard and finding out what service would a customer best prefer
• 3. Making polices for purchases, marketing strategies
• 4. Make and follow through the price setting of the products
• 5. Promoting and advertising the stores goods including the hot food
• 6. Serving customers and responding to their queries
• 7. Keep records of stock and be in charge of the finance side of the operations
• 8. undertaking budgeting for the store to run the same profitably
• 9. controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
• 10. ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

You are required to atleast have a NZQF diploma ( Level 4 or above) or three years of work experience managing or supervising the operations

The minimum hourly wage is $30 and the Maximum is $31 and this is a full time employment with minimum 30 hours of work.
