Smart Mobile Limited is seeking a Store Manager for Taupo to lead the daily operations of our Taupo store, manage staff, and drive sales on a 7-day roster. The role requires ensuring stock accuracy, customer service excellence, and adherence to health and safety policies.

The successful candidate will have a related diploma or equivalent experience, strong retail knowledge, and be willing to undergo pre-employment screening. Legal right to work in New Zealand is essential.

Qualifications

• A Level 5 diploma or higher in a relevant field, or at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and budgeting is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Determine stock and customer service standards.

About Us

Smart Mobile Limited operates a growing network of retail and service stores across New Zealand, including multiple locations in Waikato region. This Store Manager role is urgently required for Taupo area where the company manages four retail stores at present and urgently requires a Store Manager to manage the operational needs for these stores. We specialise in mobile phones, laptops, computers, tablets, accessories, and professional repair services. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a motivatedStore Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Taupo store.

The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring flexibility to work on a 7-day roster. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, supervising staff, maintaining stock, and achieving financial and customer service targets.
