Vape Merchant Limited is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our Pukekohe & Papakura team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive in-store sales, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You should be 18+, have the right to work in New Zealand, and be available weekends and public holidays; previous retail experience is a plus. We offer training, a discretionary bonus scheme, and opportunities for growth.

• Prior retail sales experience is desirable.

What you will do

These roles will contribute to the overall smooth and efficient running of the Hastings Store, drive retail sales and be a "safe pair of hands".

Reporting to the Store Manager, your major areas of responsibility include:

Providing outstanding customer service in-store and online

Driving retail sales

Engaging with customers - creating new and strengthening existing customer relationships

Maintaining and monitoring inventory levels

Ensuring the store is clean and maintained in accordance with our visual merchandising standards

Assisting with stocktakes and stock management
