Job summary

FourSquare Hillcrest in Hamilton, NZ is seeking a data-driven Store Manager to lead our team, drive store performance, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience every day.

This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, SAP experience, and a roster that includes one weekend day. You’ll focus on sales, GP, wages, and inventory while maintaining great merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supermarket or retail leadership experience.
• Solid SAP experience paired with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on attitude with a passion for retail.
• Full-time availability with a flexible roster that includes one weekend day.
• Friendly with excellent customer service skills.
