Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a proactive Store Manager for our Hamilton store in New Zealand. You will lead a friendly team, drive sales, and ensure the highest standards of customer service while balancing day-to-day store operations.

You will be responsible for developing team members, achieving targets, and maintaining a strong understanding of retail management in a dynamic environment. JB Hi-Fi offers hybrid working where applicable and a range of employee benefits.

Job Description

We are now looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead our friendly team!

The successful candidate will be dedicated to the on-going development of their team, have the drive and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets and possess a strong understanding of all facets of retail management, while at the same time ensuring the highest possible standard of customer service.

JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.
