Job summary

JB Hi-Fi New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our Hamilton team. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and helping customers find the right technology.

You will actively engage with customers, share product knowledge, work toward individual and team targets, and stay up to date with our latest consumer electronics and home entertainment offerings.

• Retail experience in high achieving teams.
• Remain relevant and up to date with new products and services.
• Sound organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Actively engage with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to facilitate sales
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay up-to-date with new offerings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive shopping environment
• Participate in merchandising and stock management activities to maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
