Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Wellington is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding sales, service and merchandising across all categories. You will drive performance, coach staff and ensure operational standards are maintained seven days a week, with flexible, hybrid hours for eligible roles.

You will shape planning, budgeting and inventory control while building talent and a high-energy customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and merchandising is preferred.

Job Description

We currently have an exciting Sales Manager opportunity available for a dynamic and forward thinking retail leader to join our friendly team!

You will be responsible for leading a unified team that delivers sales, service, merchandising and maintains operational standards across all product categories.

The main responsibilities include leadership, team building and development, planning, merchandising, budgeting and inventory control. You must be a natural leader and team player!

JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.
