Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Stockroom Assistant (Inventory Control Assistant) to manage the store's stockroom and provide day-to-day oversight in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help achieve store KPIs and deliver an unbeatable client experience, requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous stock-based role experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, with ability to influence team by example.
• Able to lift and shift boxes up to 15 kg and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring stock levels in conjunction with the Inventory Controller on all inventory items
• Monitoring and participating in programs to reduce shortage/loss
• Ensuring the process for damages, testers and known theft products are consolidated and processed as per company standards
• Assisting with regular stock takes and cycle counting
• Keeping an eye on stock levels and replenishing stock as and when required
• Working on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts and late finishes
