Job summary

Sephora in Auckland is seeking a Store Manager to inspire and lead a high-performing team on the shop floor. You will create memorable in-store experiences, drive sales, and uphold Sephora’s brand standards while coaching staff toward personal and professional growth.

You’ll manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and champion a culture that values customers, teamwork, and excellence in service. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.
• Previous retail management experience at an equivalent sales volume store.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
• Hands-on leader who motivates, coaches and develops store team members.
• Knack for attracting and inspiring talented employees.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
