Job summary

Sephora in Auckland is seeking a Store Manager who inspires, leads by example, and elevates the beauty experience for clients and team members. You will think creatively, work strategically, and push to lead your store to success in a leading global beauty retailer.

You’ll drive in-store customer experiences, manage the P&L, align operations with brand standards, and nurture a positive culture where talent grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to provide customers with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty.
• Manage the P&L for your store. Maximize sales and profitability by identifying, analysing, and forecasting sales or issues.
• Drive operational initiatives and ensure profitability and efficiency of your store, aligning with Sephora policies and brand culture.
• Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and development.
• Monitor KPIs and drive the store to achieve the vision of being the most loved beauty community.
