Job summary

Comfortech Building Performance Solutions™ is seeking a Specification Manager based in Christchurch. You will join a national Specification and Technical team to identify project opportunities, build strong relationships with architects and designers, and coordinate with contractors to ensure delivered, specified solutions.

The role focuses on interior fit-out, design and architectural segments, requiring industry experience and a design/construction qualification.

Qualifications

• Industry-focused design/construction knowledge
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate to solutions
• Experience interfacing with architects, designers and contractors
• Comfort with presenting and influencing at multiple levels

Responsibilities

• Identify project opportunities and pursue specification of Comfortech interior products and systems
• Build relationships with architects and designers across the South Island
• Collaborate with national BDM to engage main contractors and developers
• Provide technical assistance and solutions with the Technical team and partners
• Present products and systems to architects and designers with clear information
• Work with sales to convert leads into approved specifications
