Job summary

Northbridge Executive is seeking a Specification Manager to lead the specification of insulation products on major building projects across the South Island. You will engage with Architects, developers and contractors, driving specifications and market share.

You will manage regional pipelines, present to key influencers, and collaborate with internal teams to secure opportunities and report on activity. A strong track record in architecture-led specifications is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong presence within the architectural sector.
• Demonstrated success in securing specifications on major projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Sound understanding of the specification process for technical building products.

Responsibilities

• Report to the National Specification Manager.
• Contribute to sales and profit through building material specifications on projects across the South Island.
• Develop and manage regional commercial pipelines with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations to Architects and influencers to drive specifications.
• Identify opportunities where competitors’ specs can convert to our brands.
• Maintain regular reporting on specification activity.
• Build multilevel relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Analyse trends to anticipate market opportunities.
