Job summary
Iplex Pipelines NZ seeks a Commercial Plumbing Manager to drive specification growth and end-user engagement across the commercial plumbing market. You will build relationships with architects, specifiers, developers and industry stakeholders to influence product selection on major projects.
The role focuses on CPD presentations, technical training, and securing specifications, with opportunities to expand market share and strengthen Iplex as the preferred plumbing solutions partner.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years' experience in specification sales and business development in plumbing, construction, or infra sectors.
- Proven track record securing specifications and influencing product selection on projects.
- Experience delivering CPD presentations and providing technical guidance to architects and specifiers.
Responsibilities
- Drive specification growth and execute strategic business development in the commercial plumbing market.
- Deliver CPD presentations, technical training and specification support for architects and specifiers.
- Develop resources and tools to position Iplex as a trusted industry leader.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, end users, merchants and Master Plumbers network to win opportunities.
- Represent Iplex at conferences, trade shows and events to boost brand awareness and partnerships.
- Collaborate with merchants and distribution partners to maximise project opportunities from design through installation.
