Job summary

Specialised Construction Products in the Bay of Plenty is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to join our SCP team, servicing architects, designers, builders and plasterers with exterior plaster and cladding systems.

This role focuses on growing specification opportunities, winning new business and supporting customers with technical advice, training and project support to ensure our systems are specified and delivered successfully.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience and ability to build and grow customer relationships.
• Commercially minded with a passion for winning new business.
• Experience in construction, plastering, cladding or related building products preferred.
• Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative, solution-focused mindset with ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and specification opportunities across the Bay of Plenty region.
• Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors and plasterers.
• Win new business while managing and developing existing accounts.
• Provide technical advice, training and project support.
• Drive market presence through customer engagement and networking.
