Job summary

Paratek Pharmaceuticals seeks a Specialty Sales Representative to join our National Salesforce in Orlando North, FL. You will target primary care physicians and podiatrists, with dermatologists as secondary targets, using data-driven plans to expand usage of Paratek products.

You will travel within the territory to deliver clinical messages, educate clinicians, and collaborate with the Regional Team to hit territory and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience is required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of pharmaceutical selling or relevant medical sales experience is required.
• Experience executing total office calls in primary care or specialty settings is required.
• Experience calling on Infectious Disease, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Podiatry, Primary Care and other specialties is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to articulate complex scientific information and present it to diverse audiences is required.
• CRM systems proficiency and using data to drive territory planning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage target prescribers within assigned geographical territory.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to introduce, launch, grow business and achieve sales goals.
• Execute strategic plans in the territory to drive product sales and meet Call Plan expectations.
• Promote and educate physicians and HCPs on Paratek products via one-on-one meetings and group presentations.
• Work with the Regional Business Director and team to achieve regional and company objectives.
• Communicate effectively using selling, listening and negotiation skills.
