Job summary

Rocket Lab in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Systems Engineer – Configuration and Change Management to drive the ECM process, ensuring modifications move from concept to flight hardware with speed, precision and discipline.

As part of the Neutron team, you will coordinate with Systems Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure interfaces are clear and data integrity is maintained, while pursuing automation of validation tasks and baseline control improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process by collaborating closely with Systems Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure modifications are implemented swiftly and without faults.
