Job summary

Pullman Auckland is seeking a-talented Spa Therapist & Receptionist to join our luxury hotel team, expanding knowledge in a high-end spa environment.

The role combines hands-on spa treatments with front-of-house reception duties, delivering exceptional guest experiences and up-selling services and products to guests of the Luxe Spa and hotel outlets.

Qualifications

• NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies.
• Experience in a professional beauty environment is a plus.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage, facial and body treatments to high standards.
• Build long-term relationships with guests and deliver guest service excellence.
• Upsell spa services and hotel outlets.
• Assist with reception/reservation duties and cover reception shifts when needed.

Job Description

Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist & Receptionist wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Spa Therapist

• Providing massage, facial and body treatments to the highest standards


• Building long term relationships with our guests


• Up selling Spa services and products and other hotel outlets


• Assisting with reception/reservation duties, including reception shifts if required and covering reception team breaks.

As a Spa Receptionist

• Assist all visitors to the Luxe Spa at the Pullman and fitness centre, each time delivering an amazing guest service experience


• Manage inquiries & treatment bookings


• Upsell products and services, effectively providing solutions to meet the needs of our guests


• Ensure this outlet is kept immaculate at all times - including gym & pool areas and treatment rooms.

Qualifications

REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies


• Experience in a professional beauty environment


• A passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each time


• Exceptional personal presentation


• Excellent communication skills


• Flexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends.
