Job summary

Pullman Auckland is seeking a talented Concierge to elevate the guest experience in a luxury hotel setting. You will enjoy looking after guests and collaborating with a fun, dedicated team to create memorable moments.

Key duties include supervising the concierge desk, assisting with arrivals and departures, sharing local knowledge to drive loyalty, leading the team to boost guest satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to ensure follow-up.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality and customer service.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and night hours.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Leadership capability to guide the concierge team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and a passionate Concierge wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. You will enjoy looking after our guests and working as part of a fun, talented & passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Shift Supervision across the concierge desk area
• Facilitating with guest arrivals, departures and during their stay
• Share local knowledge as well as driving loyalty and up sell hotel facilities
• Lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction
• Liaise with all departments to ensure all necessary follow-up is conducted

Qualifications

To be successful in your application, you must exhibit the following qualities:

• You will have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality and customer service
• Be flexible. You are expected to work a variety of shifts which includes weekends across a 7 day/ week roster including early mornings and late nights
• You are all about quality and presentation and you have the desire to progress in hospitality
• You are an approachable team player and you can think outside of the box
• Be able to manage multiple tasks at any given time

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

• Full NZ Drivers Licence is essential
• Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbal.
• Leadership capability
