Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Auckland, located in the heart of the CBD, invites you to join as a guest services-oriented team member. You will welcome guests warmly and be the visible point of contact in the lobby, assisting with luggage, car parking, and local information throughout shifts.

The role requires excellent spoken English, a NZ driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 30 kg. A rotating roster including weekends and nights may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English.
• Full New Zealand driver’s license.
• Ability to drive both auto and manual cars is an advantage.
• Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and morning and night shifts.
• Physically fit and able to lift at least 30kg.
• Well groomed and presentable.
