Job summary

Xero in Auckland is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted technical advisor alongside our sales team, translating partner requirements into scalable workflow designs on the Xero platform. You will lead solution scoping, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and guide practice partners through cloud implementations, early adoption, and migration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption, drive long-term value, and help partners maximize benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative problem solving within accounting or bookkeeping practices.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable workflow designs.
• Proven track record in pre-sales or technical solution design for complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and tailor solution scoping with Account Executives.
• Design and deliver engaging, custom product demonstrations addressing firm workflows.
• Guide new practice partners through cloud implementation, workflow mapping and early adoption upskilling.
• Provide expert technical support during sales cycles to overcome roadblocks and objections.
