Job summary

Catapult Software in Auckland seeks a self-motivated sales hunter to own and grow revenue across New Zealand and key export markets. You will lead top-value opportunities end-to-end, build your own pipeline, and mentor the solutions team without managing staff.

Requirements include 8+ years of full-cycle sales, a proven $1M+ revenue track record, and willingness to travel for customer meetings locally and abroad.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven track record owning and growing a $1M+ revenue target.
• Experience growing a global product or brand across multiple sectors.
• Willing to travel to meet customers in New Zealand and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue and market share in New Zealand and key export markets.
• Lead high-value sales opportunities end-to-end, from first call to signed deal.
• Build your own pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and partners.
• Mentor the sales and solutions team without direct reports.
• Own CRM and forecasting discipline, refresh the sales playbook.
